Favourite Skyler line – “Wow. It is suddenly a fantasy story.”
Favourite Hank line – “I’m not going to bet on whether I get a boner”
Favourite Marie line – “Protest.. Struggle.”
Favourite Gus line – “If it wasn’t for this man and the respect I have for him, I would be dealing with this in a very different way. Don’t look at him, you look at me. This is what happens now: My men will come back inside and you will shake their hands and you will make peace and that will be the end of this.”
Favourite Saul line – “You want your criminal associate taken into police custody?”
Favourite Mike line – “The moral of the story is, I chose a half measure when I should have gone all the way. I’ll never make that mistake again. [stands up] No more half measures, Walter.”
Favourite Walt line – “Just a saying, don’t worry, I won’t be wearing bells”
Favourite Jesse line – “Yeah. I keep the peace.”
Favourite Jesse/Walt exchange –
Jesse: “Combo was us, man. He was one of us. Does that mean nothing?”
Walter: “Why didn’t you go after these guys two or three months ago?”
Jesse: “‘Cause I just found out about them.”
Walter: “What’s to find out? It’s a dispute over turf, right? I mean, how hard could it have been for you to track them down on their turf and kill them months ago? Because back then you were too busy getting high, feeling sorry. Murder is not part of your twelve-step program. This is not some amends that you have to make. What you are talking about here is pointless. This achieves nothing. It accomplishes nothing.”
Jesse: “If you don’t see what it accomplishes, there is no way I can explain it you.”
Walter: “Jesse, listen to me: you are not a murderer. I am not and you are not. It’s as simple as that. [Jesse gets up to leave] Jesse…”
Jesse: “I’m doing it…with or without you.”
Favourite scenes –
The scene with Walt and Walt Jr in the car, where Walt finally cuts Jr a break about the driving thing.
Mike and his half measures story.
The tension filled scene at the chicken sheds – without snacks this time.
But that look, that one look Jesse gives Walt at the end of that scene.. if looks could kill. Plus the angry ride back to his car, where Jesse was seething with anger.. excellently done.
Marie and her ability to get the groundhog to see his shadow.
Notable Music – “Windy” by The Association (on youtube) – used during the fantastic Wendy blowjob montage. I mean, could the song choice be more perfect?
Ending Song – The Breaking Bad theme composed by Dave Porter
Jesse Lightbulb Moment – When he realises that Walt has spilled the beans to Gus.

Snoskred Notes –
Windy Wendy teaser.. This is one of my favourite montages and notably, the very first prostitution blow job montage seen on teevee, ever, that I know of. There is a story to be told about the shooting of this and you need to listen to the podcast for this episode, just trust me on this one.
This is the episode which Aaron Paul won his first Emmy for in 2010. Aaron Paul also won an Emmy for End Times in 2012.
Here is a photo of Aaron Paul where you can see the real tattoo he got at the end of Breaking Bad. It says “No half measures”.
