Walter: “You are joking, right? If I gave you that money, you would be dead inside of a week.”
Jesse: “Yo man, look, I’m off the heroin. I didn’t even like it, anyway. It made me sick. And the meth, y’know, I could take it or leave it. I’m clean, Mr. White. For real.”
Walter: “Prove it. Pee in that.”
Jesse: “How gay are you seriously?”
Walter: “Pee in it! They’re selling testing kits at the drug stores. If you are clean, I will give you every last dime. [Jesse is silent] No, huh? Well I guess until then, you’ll just have to depend on the kindness of strangers to get high. That and your little junkie girlfriend.”

Favourite scenes –
Los Pollos Hermanos for dinner at the Walt & Skyler house.
Walt and Saul.
Jesse, Jane, and Janes Dad. What an amazing scene this was, possibly the best scene of Season 2.
Water on mars. Walt meeting Janes Dad.
The look on Walt’s face in the final scene. At one point he is like this solves everything, and then he gets emotional about it.

Snoskred Notes –
Long teaser at just over 4:48. During which time Bryan Cranston crashed the Aztec into the motel, for reals. Listen to the podcast for the story of that one. Plus the story of having more than one Aztec, The 7-8 day shooting schedule, and more!
We should talk about Jane, now. Originally I liked her.. by the time we get to the you all know which scene in Jesse’s bedroom, the writers have done a very effective job of making her someone we can easily dislike, or even hate. The fact that she got Jesse started on Heroin, for one. The way she speaks to Walt, who whatever he has done, we the viewer are still supportive of.. the blackmail.
Do any of us wish Walt had done something for her? That is a question I am not sure I have an answer to. What do you think?
